Membership Requirements

1) Possess a physical therapy license in the United States
2) Employed by a Major League Baseball Organization 
3) Possess a team organization e-mail address
4) Pay yearly dues to the Society

Voting Rights:

Voting members shall be entitled to cast one (1) vote on each matter submitted to the membership for its vote

Suspension and Termination of Membership:

Members shall be automatically dropped from membership upon failure to pay annual dues.

A member may also be dropped from membership when that member no longer meets the requirements of membership: such determination shall be made by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.

The membership of any member may be terminated because of unprofessional conduct by a majority vote of the Board of Directors. 

Membership will be terminated if the member is no longer employed by an MLB club for a period of 81 days and therefore does not meet the requirements of membership.

Any member may resign by filing a written resignation with the Secretary of the Board of Directors.  Such resignation shall not relieve the member resigning of the obligation to pay dues, assessments, or other charges theretofore accrued and unpaid.  Dues already paid by the resigning member shall not be refunded unless the member paid for the upcoming year in which the member will not be participating.
