About Samantha

Samantha Swackhammer is currently serving as the Minor League Physical Therapist for the Baltimore Orioles. She started this position in January of 2025. She obtained her BS in Exercise Science from High Point University in 2020. Following that she went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in 2023. Following graduation, she went on to obtained her certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2024. Samantha currently splits time between the Orioles’ Florida Spring Training site in Sarasota, FL and the Orioles’ Dominican Republic Baseball Academy site in Guerra, DR.
