About Jon

Jon Griggs is in his second season as Major League Physical Therapist for the Cincinnati Reds. Prior to this role, he worked as an adjunct physical therapist for the Reds while he was the head baseball therapist at Beacon Orthopaedics in Cincinnati. He started his career at Beacon in 2020 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati Doctor of Physical Therapy program. He received his bachelor’s degree in 2017 from Ohio Wesleyan University where he played basketball. Jon was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and currently resides there with his wife and his two daughters.
