About Jeremy
Jeremy currently serves as the Director of Minor League Medical Services for the Cleveland Guardians, a position he has held since 2025. In this role, Jeremy oversees the medical department and medical department for the Guardians player development system. Jeremy has worked for the Guardians since 2018, serving first as the Minor League Physical Therapist from 2018-2020, Minor League Rehabilitation Coordinator in 2021, and the Assistant Director of Medical Services from 2022-2024. Jeremy is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and pre-physical therapy, as well as the University of Pittsburgh, where he obtained a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Jeremy underwent post-professional training at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where he completed the Upper Extremity Athlete Fellowship. Jeremy resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Emily and daughter Lillian.
