About Carley

Carley McQuain enters her second season as Medical Operations Liaison & Staff Physical Therapist. She began this role in November 2024 after serving as Minor League Physical Therapist at the Phillies DR Academy during the 2024 season. Prior to joining the Phillies, Carley completed a Sports Physical Therapy Residency with NovaCare Rehabilitation in Philadelphia, where she worked primarily with D1 athletes at Temple University. Following residency, she served as the inaugural Upper Extremity Fellow for the University of Wisconsin and the Toronto Blue Jays. Carley graduated from the University of Virginia in 2018 with a BS.Ed in Kinesiology and from the Duke University School of Medicine in 2021 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS).
